A: All of our fleece products are designed for machine wash and drying. The fabric will not run, fade or shrink.
[Back To Top] - Q: How are Admiral Road blankets made?
A: All of our blankets are handmade in Canada using a polyester fleece. We use a simple sewing machine to appliqué our blanket designs, and an industrial serger to ensure that the hem will not fray, even after hundreds of washings. Our blankets are made with a single layer of fleece. This keeps our blankets cozy, but light enough even for a small child to carry around
[Back To Top] - Q: Do you offer gift wrap?
A: Yes! Admiral Road now offers gift wrap for our baby, kid and pet blankets. The blankets are wrapped in brightly coloured tissue and then placed in a cellophane bag. The package is finished off with a coordinating bow and gift tag.Gift wrap is available for $4.00 per item and can be selected with each individual blanket on the site.
You can also select a TY stuffed animal to accompany your blanket for many of our baby blanket styles. It's a great addition to your gift!

A: Here are the sizes of our blankets:
Baby: 29" x 43" - a generous baby blanket perfect for car, crib or stroller
Kid: 39" x 59" - great for kids 3-10 - sits nicely atop a twin bed
Camp: 45" x 79" - built for bunks! Great for twin beds or as a throw too.
Big: 59" x 78" - fits nicely on a double bed or as a cozy couch throw

A: For our Canadian customers, Admiral Road accepts Visa, MasterCard and American Express. American customers may pay via Visa or MasterCard.
[Back To Top] - Q: Is it safe to pay with a credit card?
A: Yes. Your credit card information goes directly to a bank - in fact, we don't even see it! Your payment information will be encoded (scrambled) using 128 bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption technology and sent directly through to a tightly firewalled Moneris credit payment server where your data is unscrambled and processed. Admiral Road receives an authorization number in turn from Moneris indicating that the transaction has cleared your credit card account. We do not process or store your credit card information on our server databases.

A: Due to both the personalized nature of our products and our software technology, your credit card will be charged at the time of purchase, as opposed to the time of shipping.

A: Sales tax is determined by the destination of the package, not the point of purchase, as specified in the table below:

[Back To Top] - Q: I'm a repeat customer and I'm tying to send a gift but the web site won't allow me to enter any more shipping addresses. What can I do?
A: There is a maximum number of 'ship to' addresses that the site will accept. If you can't enter any more you will need to delete a few to make space. To delete addresses:
Log In, then locate the My Account link at the bottom of the page.
Click on View or change entries in my address book
Change or delete the necessary addresses.

[Back To Top] - Q: I'm trying to send a package internationally but the web site won't let me. How can I complete my order?
A: At this time the only international countries we're able to ship to are the UK and Australia. We cannot ship to other international destinations. We would be happy to ship your order directly to you so that you can find the best way to ship your gift to its final desination.
