Product Colours In some cases, the colours of our products may vary slightly from those depicted on our web site, as a result of small differences in dye lots. Additionally, applique colours (mainly for names on blankets) may not be exactly as shown. If you have a strong preference for a particular set of colours in the name on the blanket, please indicate this on your order.
Credit Card Payment The credit card is charged at the time the order is placed. The payment information is sent to the merchant bank immediately for processing. If the credit card is not authorized, you will have the option to re-enter the credit card details or choose another payment method. Any applicable exchange rate is calculated by the credit card company e.g. Visa, Mastercard at the time the order is charged.
Other Payment Checks and money orders are payable to "Admiral Road Designs" and are accepted in Canadian dollars only. We process your order as soon as the check/money order is received and cleared. There is a CAD $20.00 penalty charge for each check that is returned or not honored. We also offer you the option to fax, mail, phone or e-mail in your order.
Coupons Admiral Road coupons cannot be applied to Blanket Full of Love purchases.
Taxes The prices of our products exclude the following taxes:
- PST applies to orders shipped to Ontario (8%)
- 5% GST applies to orders shipped to all other Canadian provinces and territories.
Delivery We do everything possible to ship in-stock products within 3 business days. Personalized orders not in stock are shipped within three weeks of the order date. Orders are sent via Canada Post unless otherwise specified. All orders are insured in case of damage or loss. Please provide an address where the order may be delivered reliably during business hours, such as your office or home. We can only deliver to a street address. No P.O. Boxes please. Canada Post will not reroute the package once it has been shipped. Additional shipping charges apply to orders that are re-shipped due to an incorrect or incomplete address or are unclaimed by the recipient. We recommend that customers let recipients know to expect their Admiral Road package in order to avoid the order being unclaimed and returned to Admiral Road.
- Please allow 7 days for delivery. If there is a delay in delivery, we will contact you. American and international customers are responsible for any applicable customs charges - please check with your local customs office.
- Please note that if you make a change to the shipping address or method after your order has been prepared for shipment Admiral Road may not be able to refund your original shipping charges. You may incur additional shipping costs in this case.
Order Pick Up in Toronto Due to the volume of orders we are processing we are not able to hold orders for pick up indefinitely. We will hold your order for up to 3 months, after which time the order may no longer be available.
Return Policy Admiral Road products are backed by our 100% unconditional guarantee. If for any reason an Admiral Road product from this store does not meet your expectation, send it back to us within 3 weeks of delivery in an unused condition via Insured Mail along with proof of purchase, and we will exchange or refund the purchase price plus applicable taxes. Please indicate your preference for an exchange or refund. Shipping charges are not refundable. Most exchanges and returns are processed within 3 days of receipt.
**Please note that we do not accept returns on Blanket Full of Love purchases. All Blanket Full of Love purchases are final sale unless an error has been committed on our part, in which case we will take responsibility (see Errors in Spelling below).
Damaged In the unlikely event that a product arrives to you damaged, please call our customer service and we will refund the entire amount of the purchase including taxes, shipping and your cost to return the product to us. In the event that an order shipped by Canada Post is lost en route, we are required to wait for the claim to be processed which can take several weeks.
Errors in Spelling Admiral Road produces personalized blankets according to the information provided by the customer. In the unlikely event that Admiral Road makes an error when putting a name on a blanket we will take full responsiblity for fixing the error in a timely fashion. We will happily fix blankets when the name provided to us by the customer was incorrect. In this case, Admiral Road will charge a fee of $15 and will not be responsible for any shipping fees.
Confidentiality All information collected by Admiral Road Designs is kept confidential. We do not provide our mailing list to any outside organization. We take all the necessary security measures to protect your personal information.
